Renny McCauley is a freelance editor. His work has been seen on PBS, IFC, MTV Hive, LogoTV, Pitchfork and Spin.com. He edited the feature documentary Peace Officer, which aired on Independent Lens and won the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award for Best Documentary at SXSW Film Festival. Other films include Stumped  (Winner, Global Health Competition, Cleveland International Film Festival), The Insufferable Groo featuring Jack Black (Doc NYC Premiere) and The Lonely Master profiling college basketball legend Jimmer Fredette (BYUTV). His clients include Dell, Yeti, Mayo Clinic, Alienware, Goodwill, The Contemporary Austin, University of Texas, Association Montessori International, Hardly Art Records, Kill Rock Stars Records, Slumberland Records and 1-2-3-4 Go! Records. He holds a BS in TV/Radio/Film from Syracuse University and an MFA in Cinema from San Francisco State University. He currently lives in Minneapolis, MN.
